AI Maintenance Pro (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS application that supports predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information:

• Audio Data: Audio data recorded via the microphone for equipment diagnosis. Recording only occurs when explicitly initiated by the user.
• Vibration Data: Vibration data obtained from the accelerometer. Collected only during diagnosis execution.
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated device ID is used for account identification during guest usage.
• Authentication Information: If you sign in with an Apple / Google / GitHub account, your email address and account identifier are obtained (via Clerk).
• Diagnosis Results: Analysis results (anomaly scores, frequency data, recommendations) are stored in the cloud.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing equipment anomaly detection and diagnosis results
• Generating countermeasure suggestions through AI detailed analysis (Gemini API)
• Storing and managing diagnosis history
• Managing user accounts

3. Where Information Is Stored

• On Device: Recording data and diagnosis results are stored in the device's local storage.
• Cloud: Diagnosis results are stored in a Turso (LibSQL) database via encrypted communication (HTTPS). Servers are operated on Cloudflare Workers.
• Authentication: Account information is managed by Clerk (authentication provider).
• AI Analysis: When using AI detailed analysis, a summary of diagnosis data is sent to the Google Gemini API. Raw audio data is never transmitted.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:

• Technically necessary data transmission to the service providers listed above (Cloudflare, Turso, Clerk, Google Gemini)
• When disclosure is required by law

5. Data Deletion

Users can delete data through the following methods:

• Delete individual diagnosis results from the history screen within the app
• Delete all data on the device by uninstalling the app

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be changed without prior notice. The revised policy takes effect upon publication on this page.
